Emery “Popeye” Isenhart had 25 of the capsules in his possession and five additional capsules were in the car
Christine Pishner, 28, of Elkins. She allowed the troopers to search the vehicles and a K-9 unit was called.
Emery “Popeye” Isenhart, 38, of Elkins had 25 of the capsules in his possession and five additional capsules were in the car. Stalnaker said some of the capsules were busted open.Pishner was charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and Isenhart was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and transporting a controlled substance over state lines.
Police said Isenhart told them he brought the heroin from Maryland.
“We have been hearing a lot about the drug,” Stalnaker said. “It is selling for around $40 a capsule. The stuff we got was pretty high quality heroin.”
Both Pishner and Isenhart remain in the TVRJ. According to Stalnaker bond was set for Isenhart at a $50,000 cash.
