Stacey West, 21, from the 3000 block of Shamrock Drive in Morrow, was arrested on Jan. 30 after delivering the a controlled substance to a house in Hamilton .She was charged with trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin, both fifth-degree felonies and possession of drug paraphernalia, a forth-degree misdemeanor,
Melissa Bernhard, 24, and Craig Mohring, 26, both of Williamsburg, Ohio were arrested Jan. 24 after police say the pair delivered heroin to a house in the township. Both were charged with one count of trafficking in heroin.
