Joseph W. Houseal of 449 Campus Drive stopped breathing after taking heroin at his house on Feb. 25, according to a complaint filed at District Court in Perkasie on Monday.Minutes after Houseal's parents called for an ambulance, he began breathing again, the complaint said.
When police officers arrived shortly before 10 p.m., they found two small bags of heroin with the words ''Major League'' on them and a syringe next to Houseal, who was lying on his bedroom floor, the complaint says.Police said Houseal, before being transported to Grand View Hospital in West Rockhill Township, admitted that he had been using heroin.Houseal was charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
