Jonathan Waiters attempted to deliver about $200 worth of crack cocaine to the room, the report states. He was arrested without incident and charged with sale of rock cocaine, possession with intent to sell, and possession of paraphernalia. Waiters, 27, also had warrants for his arrest on two counts of probation violation related to previous drug convictions.
