Charles Francis Willette sentenced to 13 months in prison on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance crime, possession.
Charles Francis Willette, 45, of 16495 192nd St., Lake Park was sentenced to 13 months in prison on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance crime, possession.On April 16, 2006, while he was on supervised release for a drug conviction, his probation officer searched his residence and found meth in his jacket, according to court records.On Monday, his stayed sentence was executed at his request by District Judge Mark Hansen who fined him $50 plus court fees and granted credit for time served, adding that no additional time was contemplated.
