Seized heroin costs more than EUR 3 M
Bulgarian customs officers at the Vidin border checkpoint with Romania seized late Friday 26 kilograms of heroin. During a check officials found 32 packages of the drug, hidden in a secret compartment in a car, driven by a 36 year-old Bulgarian national who was accompanied by a 34-year-old woman and their 2-year old child.The arrested trafficker was travelling towards Western Europe, police saidAccording to preliminary estimates, the seized heroin costs more than EUR 3 M.
