James Arthur estimated he could have produced £40,000 worth of the drug.
James Arthur, 37, had 40 cannabis plants growing in his two-room attic when police raided his home in Shetland after a tip off in May last year.Arthur admitted growing the plants at his home in Braeside, Ollaberry, and prosecutor Duncan Mackenzie said it was estimated he could have produced £40,000 worth of the drug.Lerwick sheriff Graeme Napier deferred sentence for two weeks and warned Arthur he could be jailed.
