Rashaad "Dink" Goins, 26, of 1013 Hendrix Avenue was arrested late Saturday night after West Virginia State troopers obtained a search warrant for his residence. Charleston man is arrested after police find crack cocaine and more than $1900 in his home. Troopers found five grams of crack cocaine and $1934 in cash. Goins was charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver and was taken to South Central Regional Jail.
