Melecio Moran Andrade, 44, was taken into custody Saturday by Tulare County sheriff's deputies.Deputies answered a shots-fired call in the 19700 block of Oklahoma Avenue in Plainview and found a trail of blood that led to Andrade's home.
They entered the house and discovered 7 pounds of marijuana, more than 7 pounds of marijuana seeds and two firearms.
Andrade, who was not hurt, was found later near his home and arrested.
