Christopher Maurice Savage, 30, with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance Jan. 15 after confidential informants working with the 5th Judicial District Drug Task Force allegedly engaged in two controlled purchases of methamphetamine with Savage in mid-November, according to a probable-cause statement filed in circuit court.
A total of 17 grams of methamphetamine passed hands in the transactions, according to the statement.
Bourne ordered Savage, who said he is currently on probation in connection with a 2003 conviction for possession of a controlled substance, held on a $150,000 bond, citing his prior history of arrest and failure to appear in court.
