James Robinson,

James Robinson, 24, of West Dover faces charges of heroin possession. The arrest warrant sets a $500 bail.
These charges stem from an incident in November in which Brattleboro Police Officer Robert Perkins alleged he found the three in a car in a parking lot at the boat landing on Old Ferry Road.
According to Perkins' affidavit, he approached the car because it had no boat or boat trailer.
The driver allegedly identified himself as Francis Taft and claimed he didn't have a driver's license on him, but Perkins reportedly discovered the driver was actually Dana Butler.
When Perkins noticed that Butler was looking away, he yelled "Hey, Dana!" to which Butler turned around and replied, "What?" "'Taft' then looked at the ground, realizing he had just given away his real identity," Perkins stated.
According to Butler's criminal record, he has used the alias of Francis Taft in the past.
Perkins reported that he noticed small spots of powder on the center console, along with several plastic spoons. He stated that when he spoke with Wentworth, who reported she was seven months pregnant at the time, she began fumbling in her sweatshirt, making him concerned she may have a weapon.
When he moved her arm out of her sweatshirt for his safety, several small plastic and wax paper baggies, a plastic spoon and two orange plastic caps from syringes allegedly fell to the ground. He reported he recognized the bags as the kind used to package heroin.
A search reportedly turned up two syringes in the car, both filled with heroin. Wentworth allegedly claimed both belonged to her.
Brattleboro Police Officer Penny Witherbee also reported to the scene and spoke with Robinson, who she alleged emptied his pockets of a syringe and three bags of heroin
