Arthur Ziegler,charged with fourth-degree felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
Arthur Ziegler, 24, of Mansfield-Lucas Road, was charged with fourth-degree felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, police reported. Reports said officers found a crack pipe in Ziegler's pocket after he was stopped in the 200 block of Hedges Street.A police dog was summoned after syringes were spotted in the car, according to police reports. The suspected heroin, found under the seat, and crack pipe were turned into the crime lab.
