Derek Langhammer, 19 of Carmel, was charged with 4 felony counts including dealing and possession of cocaine and heroin.Langhammer confessed to thefts in the Carmel area from unlocked cars and open garages.According to a release from the department, additional arrests are pending on the narcotics and theft investigations.This week, the Carmel police Drug Task Force also made three other arrests.Allan Askren, 25, is charged with six felony counts including dealing and possession of LSD; Amelia Crevello, 21, with four felony charges including possession of a schedule IV controlled substance; Michael Aveline, 28, with three felony counts including possession of marijuana.
