Shannon Andre Peters sentenced to 21 years and 10 months in prison
sentenced Shannon Andre Peters, 31, to 21 years and 10 months in prison in connection with the operation in which Peters sold 10 grams of crack during a sting operation.Peters has prior convictions including robbery and possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute, authorities say.
