Tech A Lang,Du Van Quan,Hoang Dinh Duc convicted drug traffickers were executed by firing squad

Three convicted drug traffickers were executed by firing squad in Ha Tay Province, adjoining Ha Noi, yesterday.
The Ha Tay People’s Supreme Court had found Tech A Lang, 42, Du Van Quan, 40, both of Son La Province, and Hoang Dinh Duc, 40, from Lai Chau Province, guilty of possessing and trafficking heroin in December, 2006.
