Ayub Ali

Ayub Ali, 42, from Grange Villa, near Chester-le-Street, is due in court in February as part of efforts to seize his two houses under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
In October 2004, Ali was jailed for three-and-a-half years at Newcastle Crown Court.
He was one of 11 people charged with conspiracy to supply heroin arising out of a major undercover operation throughout 2003, which targeted the distribution of Class A drugs in the former pit village.
