Golden Lumpkin, Lakeisha M. Tillman, 20, of 199 Broadway St., second floor, were among those arrested Dec. 10. They were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and violation of a drug-free school zone, Springfield police documents state.
Eric E. Lumpkin, also arrested Dec. 10, was charged with trafficking cocaine, conspiracy to violate drug laws, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, violation of a drug-free school zone and possession of a firearm without a license, documents state.
