Clyde L. Clemons, Allan D. Newberry

Allan D. Newberry, 35, and Clyde L. Clemons, 25, of Memphis, Tenn., arrested and taken to the Hempstead County Detention Center where they made a first judicial appearance Monday before Hempstead County District Judge Tony Yocom on a single charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
